Looking for Healthy Freebies in NYC

I want to tell the readers of Vital Juice about upcoming health, beauty, fitness and nutrition-related freebies and giveways in NYC. For example, if a gym is offering a free yoga session, or if a salon is offering free natural hair treatments, or if a supermarket is giving away free smoothies. Teresa Dankowski Hi Jackie: Maybe this isn't what you're going for, but have you looked into the free Shape Up NYC programs offered by the parks and rec department? (http://www.nycgovparks.org/programs/recreation/shape-up-nyc) My friend in Brooklyn keeps telling she's going to try a class to see how it stacks up to the gym.
