CELEBRATE DAD WITH A HEARTY BUFFET FIT FOR A KING AT ARICCIA TRATTORIA & BAR
A manly man’s meal consisting of grilled chicken, beef, and more hot off the grill will be the centerpiece of Ariccia Trattoria & Bar’s Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, June 17. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Ariccia’s chefs will man the grilling station on the patio, where they will be preparing items for a meat-filled buffet. The Tim Chambliss Jazz Trio will provide entertainment with live jazz music. The price for the Father’s Day Brunch is $35 for adults and $15 for children 12 years old and younger. Chef Marc Schulz and the culinary team have designed a menu packed with Dad-friendly foods. They will be preparing some favorite grilled staples, such as Smoked Auburn Ham, Citrus-Infused Chicken with Jamaican Jerk-Spiced Guava Sauce; Roast Steamship, Caramelized Mushrooms, and Grilled Auburn Italian Sausage.
Additional hearty menu items will include Braised Short Ribs with Red Wine Rosemary au jus and Roasted Vegetables, Low County Seafood Boil, Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Roasted Garlic, Pork Gouda Gritcakes, Lentil and Corn Succotash, and Rigatoni Tomato Fennel Sauce, Garlic Chips and Ground Italian Sausage.
A seafood station will feature Cocktail Shrimp with Tabasco Cream and Cocktail Sauce and House-Smoked Salmon with a Maple Glaze. Other cold selections include a variety of salads, cured Italian meats, roasted vegetables, and fresh fruit displays.
Dad can round out his feast with sweet treats from Ariccia’s famous Dessert Extravaganza station, filled with seasonal desserts.
