Tolaris Homes to Start Construction of Luxury “Move Down” Home at Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Fla. – Tolaris Homes, which builds luxury custom homes throughout Central Florida, will start construction of a 3,000 square foot luxury home at Lake Forest, located off SR 46 in north Seminole County in August.

Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes, said the three bedroom luxury home features a den and a great room.

The home, which has already been sold, is a special focus of Tolaris Homes: a “move down” home.

Tolaris Homes Team has more than 68 years of home building experience

Lake Forest, Fla. ---  Rick Bavec and Larry Fleming, who have formed a team at Tolaris Homes based at Lake Forest, have more than 68 years of combined homebuilding experience.

Bavec, who founded Tolaris Homes, has been involved in the design and construction of more than 8,000 homes over the past 30 years.

Fleming, former president of Signature Homes, has been involved in the design and construction of more then 2,000 homes.

The pair have built luxury homes valued at a combined total of more than $1 billion, Bavec said.

Tolaris Homes Starts Construction of $450,000 Luxury Home Designed for Empty Nesters at Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Fla. – Tolaris Homes which builds luxury custom homes throughout Central Florida, will start construction of a $450,000 luxury home at Lake Forest off SR 46 in north Seminole County within the next 90 days.

Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes, said the 2,800 square foot luxury home has already been sold to an active adult couple.

Bavec said Tolaris as several more luxury custom homes in the pipeline that ideal for empty nesters.

Former President of Signature Homes Joins Tolaris Homes as Principal, Managing Partner

Lake Forest, Fla. --- Larry Fleming, founder of Signature Homes Group, Inc., and past president of the Home Builders Association of Mid-Florida has joined Tolaris Homes as a principal and managing partner.

Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes said Fleming has more than 28 years of experience as a hands-on custom homebuilder, and has built over 300 homes in Central Florida.

“Tolaris Homes is building custom homes and re-modeling, and we expect Fleming to play a key role in our growth,” Bavec said.

 

Tolaris Homes to Start Construction of 5,000 Square Foot Luxury Home at Cedar Cove in Longwood

LAKE FOREST, Fla. – Tolaris Homes which builds luxury homes throughout Central Florida, will start construction of a 5,000 square foot luxury home at Cedar Cove in Longwood within the next 30 days.  

Rick Bavec, president of Tolaris Homes, said the pre-sold luxury home at Cedar Cove will feature five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage.
