TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has opened a new phase with five new home sites at Waterset off Big Bend Road in Apollo Beach.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said new homes in the new phase at Waterset in three, four and five bedroom designs, will range from 2,066 square feet of living area to 2,397 square feet.
Homes at Waterset will start from $236,990, Roche said and all homes will offer two and three car garages.
