After lying to the crowd and the judges, Tim Poe has some serious explaining to do.
Poe, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, deceived America by telling an emotional story about his “injury” during the war. In an audition on June 4th, Poe explained to the crowd that he was almost killed by a grenade in 2009 while trying to save other soldiers. The Minnesota National Guard has no records of Poe being injured in combat.
