The directors of both Coastal Range Systems Inc., headquartered in Burnaby BC, and ProjectLine Solutions Inc. of Saskatoon SK, have unanimously agreed on the intention to merge their operations into a common entity under the Encaptis (www.encaptis.com) name by June 30th, 2012. The two companies initially entered into an affiliation agreement in February 2010 under “The Encaptis Group”.
