ST. LOUIS, MO. – Thousands of food waste pile into landfills each week and some restaurants are taking steps to reverse this. Vin De Set, a French bistro with an American twist, located in St. Louis has partnered with Blue Skies Recycling to reduce its food waste.
General Manager/Executive Chef Ivy Magruder says Blue Skies has helped them in their mission to do what’s right for the environment and the restaurant.
