LAKE MARY, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Maureen Reynolds a Trusted Residential Sales Specialist in Volusia County.

Reynolds, a former congressional chief-of-staff and ocean sailor who lives in the Spruce Creek Fly-In Community in Port Orange, will join luxury home specialists Debbie Keilin and Rachel McGrath — two of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s top sellers — in the firm’s Spruce Creek Fly-In Marketing Center.

A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit with the manufacturer of the weed-killer Imprelis®.  The lawsuit claims that Imprelis®killed and damaged trees and other non-target vegetation.  

Imprelis®was used by lawn care professionals on residential and commercial properties, as well as by golf courses, between August 31, 2010 and August 21, 2011, across the country -- except California and New York.

Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty currently represents the space on the 16th floor of The Plaza’s North Tower on S. Orange Avenue at Pine Street, and Soderstrom said his group is talking to local, national and international night club operators.
