ReadSoft’s acquisition of Expert Systems finalized

ReadSoft, the world leader in Document Process Automation solutions, has today completed the previously announced acquisition of Expert Systems Development Svenska AB (Expert Systems), a supplier of SaaS solutions (Software as a Service) for electronic business.
