NOMINATING COMMITTEE APPOINTED IN KARO BIO AB

STOCKHOLM, March 15, 2013 - Karo Bio AB (publ). As changes in ownership structure could be expected upon completion of the right issue last year, the Board has considered it prudent to await the outcome before a Nomination Committee was appointed.

STOCKHOLM, 19 November 2012 – Karo Bio AB (publ) has decided to supplement its grant application in the state of Texas for the development of a drug candidate in the field of cancer.

COLLABORATION WITH ZYDUS CADILA EXPIRES – KARO BIO CONTINUES TO DEVELOP SAFER GLUCOCORTICOIDS

STOCKHOLM, 2 April 2012 – Karo Bio AB (publ) and the Indian pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila have decided not to further extend their joint glucocorticoid receptor research and development program. Karo Bio focuses its continued development towards a previously not described mechanism of glucocorticoid regulation.

KARO BIO TERMINATES THE EPROTIROME PROGRAM

STOCKHOLM, February 14, 2012 - Karo Bio AB (publ) has decided to discontinue the development program for eprotirome after an animal study has demonstrated unwanted effects following long-term exposure. The planned spin-off of the preclinical part of operations will not proceed.

STOCKHOLM, September 30, 2011 - Karo Bio AB (publ) today announced that Chief Financial Officer, Erika Söderberg Johnson, leaves her position.

GO-AHEAD FOR KARO BIO PHASE III STUDY

STOCKHOLM, September 19, 2011 - Karo Bio AB (publ) has received approval from national regulatory authorities to start its phase III patient study with eprotirome, enabling the study to start as planned with an Investigators meeting in September.
