TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes will start development of 91 luxury homes in January at Whitaker Park, located off Richardson Road in Sarasota County.

John Reny, division president of Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay area, said 91 home sites are planned and the homebuilder will start construction of two model homes at Whitaker Park in the spring.

New three, four and five bedroom homes at Whitaker Park will range in size from 1,700 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet.

Orlando, Fla. – Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Engineers Planners, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, completed design work to build 18 new Leslie’s Pool Mart stores in nine states during 2012.

Jed Downs, president of Cuhaci & Peterson, said the new Leslie’s Pool Mart stores are located in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, Louisiana and Florida.

Downs said the stores range in size from 2,400 square feet of retail space to 4,000 square feet.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Ashton Woods Homes has acquired 66 three and four bedroom townhome sites at Copley Square located off Michigan Street and Delaney Avenue south of Downtown Orlando. 

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes, said the townhomes range in size from 2,000 square feet of living space to 2,400 square feet with two car garages. 

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes will have two ready-to-move-in luxury homes ready for viewing this fall at Grand Hampton in New Tampa, located on Dunham Station Drive off County Line Road just west of Bruce B. Downs Blvd.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said both homes offer 2,822 square feet of space, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, two car garage priced at $279,990.

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes recently opened three ready-to-move-in homes at The Landings in South Tampa, located off Interbay and Westshore Blvds. in the Westshore region of Tampa.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said three, four and five bedroom homes at The Landings in South Tampa range in size from1,556 square feet of living space to 2,730 square feet priced from $229,900 with a two car garage.

Roche said only 20 home sites remain for sale in the current phase at the Landings in South Tampa.
