SANFORD, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc. one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury custom homes valued at $1 million or more, has eight luxury homes under construction priced from $1.4 to $2 million in Windermere and Seminole County. Matt Trask, vice president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said all eight homes are located on lakefront home sites or within gated communities. Trask said all eight homes should be completed before the end of the year or early next year.

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, June 29, at Legacy Park, an intimate community in the heart of Seminole County in Casselberry where the homebuilder will present three new two-story single-family home designs priced from the $200s. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for the North Florida division of Pulte Homes, said Pulte’s new three bedroom Penrose model home will be open and available for touring at the event.

MAITLAND, Fla.  – NAI Realvest recently negotiated new lease agreements totaling 19,000 square feet at two industrial facilities – one in Orlando and one in Tavares in Lake County.  NAI Realvest Principal Michael Heidrich Sr. and Associate Michael Heidrich, Jr., represented landlord David P. Reckell Trust in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 27620 Highway 561 in Tavares.   Walker Stainless Equipment Co. of New Lisbon, Wis. is the tenant who was represented by Joseph Howell of NAI Global Corporate Solutions.

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds single family, town homes, villas and vacation homes in the Orlando area, including Clermont and the Space Coast, has promoted Don Lunko to land development project manager. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lunko joined Lennar 23 years ago and most recently served as due diligence land manager. For the past three years Lunko has focused on land acquisition and development.

LAKE MARY, Fla. --- M/I Homes has started development of four new communities in St. Cloud, Winter Garden, Apopka and south Seminole County. David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes in Central Florida, said development will be completed by early fall through early winter. The new developments include Narcoossee Village in St. Cloud, located off Jack Brack Road, east of Narcoossee Rd. with the first phase comprising 93 home sites and second phase 106 home sites totaling 199 home sites, Byrnes said.
