Sweden pushing for human rights online

Internet freedom is one of the top priorities of Swedish foreign policy. Everyone should be free to think and say what they want – on the internet too. This is far from the reality in many countries. Today representatives from more than 90 countries are meeting in Stockholm to discuss how internet freedom and openness can promote human rights and social and economic development worldwide.

The Swedish financial markets are functioning well despite the continued uncertainty in the euro area, according to the market participants who responded to the Riksbank's risk survey in spring 2013. It is still developments in the euro area that comprise the main risk to the Swedish financial system in the coming period. The majority of the respondents therefore believe that their propensity and possibility to take on risk will remain unchanged in the coming period.

Cybercom wins major order from the Finnish National Board of Education

The Finnish National Board of Education has chosen Cybercom Finland for assignments estimated to be worth around euro 6.9 million. The order involves educational e-services during four years.

Infratek awarded contract in Finland

Infratek, with the business area Central Infrastructure, has been awarded a contract with Finnish national power grid company Fingrid, for the turnkey delivery of a 110 kV substation.

Skanska signed contract for construction and renovation of IsoKristiina Shopping Center in Lappeenranta, Finland, for about SEK 754 M

Skanska has signed a contract for the construction and renovation of IsoKristiina Shopping Center, located in Lappeenranta, Finland. The value of the contract is EUR 88 M, about SEK 754 M. The investors in the project are Citycon and Ilmarinen, with 50 percent each. The order will be included in order bookings for Skanska Finland for the first quarter 2013.
