Catella advised Finnkino Oy in sale and lease back transaction of Coca-Cola Plaza

Catella has advised Finnkino Oy in the sale of the Coca-Cola Plaza in the central business district of Tallinn, Estonia, in a sale and lease back transaction. The buyer is BPT Baltic Opportunity Fund, the most recently launched real estate fund from BPT, Baltic Property Trust.

Scandic sells hotel in Estonia

Scandic Palace Hotel in central Tallinn, Estonia, will be sold to a new property owner and hotel operator on 30 April 2013. The new owners are EfTEN Real Estate Fund and Vello Kunmans AS Esraven. This deal sees Scandic Hotels streamlining its business as the Nordic region’s biggest hotel operator.
