Skanska to build office in Norway for SEK 440 M

Skanska has signed a contract with Ferd Eiendom AS for a new office in Kokstad, Bergen, Norway. Tenant of the new office premises is Aibel AS. The contract value amounts to NOK 380 M, about SEK 440 M, which is included in order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2012.

Q-FREE – CONTRACT IN AUSTRALIA - 33 MNOK

Q-Free has been awarded a contract in Australia from Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) for the design, supply and installation of an electronic tolling system for Sydney Harbour Bridge.  The contract value is 33 MNOK with additional options worth approximately 17 MNOK.

Skanska to construct bridges and access roads in Poland for PLN 138 M, about SEK 310 M

Skanska has received the construction contract for bridges over Odra river and Jeziorka river together with access roads near Wrocław, Poland. The contract value amounts to PLN 138 M, about SEK 310 M, which will be included in order bookings for the fourth quarter. Customer is the Lower Silesian Roads and Rail Service, the public institution in charge of road and railway projects in the Lower Silesia region.

Skanska to construct road in Poland for PLN 198 M, about SEK 440 M

Skanska has received the construction contract for a stretch of the S8 express road near Łódź and the A1 motorway near Wrocław. The contract value is PLN 198 M, about SEK 440 M, which will be included in the order bookings for the fourth quarter. Customer is the General Directorate of Public Roads and Motorways.
