Ian Marchant, SSE Chief Executive, appointed as new EI President

Ian Marchant FEI, Chief Executive, SSE (formerly Scottish and Southern Energy), was appointed as the new President of the Energy Institute (EI) at the EI's AGM on 10 June. This role is a voluntary position to be held for the period from June 2013 to summer 2015.

New CEO for music streaming service WiMP

Andy Chen today joins music streaming service WiMP as the new Chief Executive Officer. Chen was most recently CEO at Preview Networks in Copenhagen and also holds a number of board positions for companies within the technology and media sector. He has previously held senior management positions within global media companies like MTV and Viacom.

Biljana Pehrsson becomes Kungsleden’s new CEO

Biljana Pehrsson is appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ). Biljana has 20 years of experience working with property markets in Sweden, the Nordic region and Europe. She has worked in various executive positions and at the board level with property management, development, investments and building portfolios. Biljana is currently Head of Real Estate and Deputy CEO of East Capital Private Equity AB, and has been a Board member of Kungsleden since 2011.

Planned change of CEO at Catella AB

Johan Ericsson has informed the Board of directors that he intends to leave his position as Chief Executive Officer of Catella AB during 2013, to continue in another senior role within Catella. A process will therefore be initiated of seeking his successor. Johan Ericsson will remain in his post until a new CEO is appointed.
