Centex starts construction of two new model homes at The Reserve at Crossing Creek in Bradenton

BRADENTON, Fla. --- Centex has started construction of two new model homes at The Reserve at Crossing Creek, located at 44th Avenue East and 69th Street East just north of the intersection of Creekwood Blvd. and SR 70 in Bradenton.

Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for the South Florida Division of Centex, said the two model homes are part of a new model park Centex Homes plans to open in July.

PulteGroup in South Florida Honors Top Salesperson for March

Bonita Springs, Fla. --- PulteGroup in South Florida has named Karen Nichols its Top Sales Consultant for March, working out of the community of VillageWalk of Bonita Springs.

Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for the South Florida Division of PulteGroup, said Nichols sold the highest number of new homes among all PulteGroup communities and brands in the South Florida division which includes Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, DiVosta Homes and Del Webb brands. 

Centex Homes Unveils Seven Distinctive New Floor Plans at Stonebrier Sweetgrass in Lutz

LUTZ, Fla. --- Centex Homes will unveil seven new distinctive floor plans Saturday, Feb. 2 at Stonebrier Sweetgrass, located on Mapleridge Drive in Lutz off Lutz Lake Fern Road.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales and marketing for PulteGroup in North Florida, said new three, four, five and six-bedroom floor plans at Stonebrier Sweetgrass range in size from 1,674 square feet of living space to 3,242 square feet with up to four bathrooms.

Centex Recognizes Sales Consultant of the month for November

Fort Myers, Fla. --- Centex has named Steven W. Palmer Sales Consultant of the Month for selling the highest number of new homes during November at Hawthorne in Bonita Springs and the community is nearly sold out.

Palmer joined Centex nearly one year ago and is a native of New Jersey who has lived in Florida most of his life.  He holds an AA degree in Business Administration from Daytona Beach College.
