Faith Technologies Projects Named to the Daily Reporter's 2012 Top Projects List

Menasha, Wis. (March 6, 2013) - Faith Technologies was recently recognized for its work on the 2550 University Avenue Apartments in Madison, Wis., in The Daily Reporter’s 2012 Top Projects list. Projects will be honored on May 2, 2013 at The Garage at the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Faith Technologies' Madison branch completed both the electrical and specialty systems portions of the apartments. The scope of work included building information modeling (BIM), design, electrical, fire alarm system, lighting, security and video surveillance.

Santa Luz in Gateway sells out inventory, launches next phase of construction

Santa Luz, a new luxury coach home community located within a gated enclave of Gateway Golf & Country Club, has sold 20 new construction residences within the past year. Several new construction homes with golf course, water or swimming pool views will be completed and ready for occupancy within 90 days. In addition, construction of the community pool and cabana are underway. An open house is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 and Sunday, March 3 from noon to 4 p.m.

Meritage Homes names Boeneman vice president of operations

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Meritage Homes has named veteran home builder Gerry Boeneman vice president of operations.

Brian Kittle, vice president of Meritage Homes said Boeneman has more than 15 years of experience as a home builder.

Boeneman has a bachelor’s degree in building construction management from Michigan State University and is a certified building contractor in the state of Florida.

Skanska to build image and intervention center at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Sweden for SEK 399 M

Skanska has been awarded a contract for building the image and invention center at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. The client is Västfastigheter. The contract comprises construction and conversion of a total area of about 22,000 square meters. The contract value is SEK 399 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska Sweden in the first quarter 2013.
